Amazing ramen!!! - Edit
This place deserves 5 stars! The ramen, or mazemen, was sooo good! I was a bit apprehensive about trying this ramen with «less broth», but it did not disappoint! It has more broth than what is visible on the pictures, and the flavour was really good! Top 3 ramen I’ve had in Japan! 🤩 We also tried some of the clearly listed vegetarian side dishes (tofu, cucumber etc.), which where great as well! And to top it all, the staff was also very nice! Say «oishi» to them, and you’ll make good friends ☺️

Small, friendly lunch spot near the Hiroshima Memorial Park, but away from the tourist area. Order the regular sized vegetarian Mazeman, hot with medium spice level. I added a half portion of cabbage and leeks each. The vegetarian options with a good sized portion of tofu. It comes with an egg, so you need to specify if you don’t want it. My husband was able to order chicken instead of pork and there was also the option to order tofu. Both of us were thoroughly pleased with our lunch. English menu and easy to order in English.

Nice to try mazemen, the vegan version comes with tofu and I added cabbage to mine. Just worth mentioning you want tamago nashi (no egg) as I ordered the vegan version and they brought it with an egg, so had to make me another one.

Few, but good vegan options! The restaurant is known for the mazemen (brothless ramen), and they offer a vegetarian option - you can choose the size, add-ons and even level of spice (I went for level 1 from 0-8 and it was perfect). It does come with egg, but you can ask for the mazemen without it. Overall a delicious meal!

Located close to Hiroshima Peace Park, this small restaurant is a great find. The English menu and labelled vegetarian option makes it easy to order, and the friendly staff are happy to remove the egg from the ramen to make it vegan. The ramen itself was delicious and very cheap! I highly recommend visiting.

Very friendly staff. English menu with delicious vegetarian options (you will have to tell them if you are vegan because there is an egg in the veg ramen). It is also very very cheap and they let you choose the level of spicy. We paid arround 1800yens for 2 people. :)

We ordered two vegan mazemen and it was great! We also enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant as it was quite traditional Japanese style and in addition the staff is very friendly! We definitely recommend.
