Quick and delicious

Owner took our order and made sure that the teriyaki tofu was made with vegetation sauce, also confirmed that tofu can be substituted in other dishes like yaki udon. Food was quick and delicious.

Crave worthy ramen 🍜 😮‍💨

GREAT FIND. 👍🏼 This is a little ramen shop just outside the Notre Dame university campus. We were driving through the area at lunchtime and the fam was in a noodle mood.. We found this place and I saw that they have a marked vegan option.

The vegan miso ramen is SO GOOD! Rich, flavorful, aromatic broth and fresh, crisp veggies. Make sure you speak to the chef (not the counter staff) for help ordering vegan - the chef was knowledgeable and confidently assisted me with other vegan/ veganizable options on the menu. We ordered the teriyaki tofu minus fish sauce and that was excellent as well. We devoured our food!
