Nice to see 2 options there, both very different broths and both tasted amazing. A nice variety of toppings as well. The vegan gyoza was okay, not enough filling.

They have a few vegan options and they are so good. Had the vegan garlic miso. A great option when it’s cold outside, although avoid sitting down the little hall on the right, it was cold and at one point the store had the door open for a delivery. It was 25°F and made our ramen go cold fast😒

They offer two veggie ramen options called creamy vegan and vegan garlic miso ramen. I got the vegan garlic miso because it comes with tofu and then added shiitakes (you can also “make it spicy”). I was worried the kale noodles wouldn’t be as good as normal ramen noodles, but they were chewy and delicious! Would highly recommend stopping in, especially after a day on the mountain in the cold. Fast service and serves alcohol. They also have a shop with items to go.

We had the vegan ramen and the vegan curry bowl. Both were delicious and really hit the spot. Had other entree items on the menu that were vegan as well, but we did not try these (we will be back).

There was one vegan ramen on the menu when I went. It was good but not show stopping. Loved that they offer non-alcoholic beer (thank you!). For appetizers there were dumplings, edamame and spring rolls. Price was reasonable.

The creamy vegan ramen was delicious, same as the veggie dumplings! The staff was incredibly friendly, we waited for our food for about one hour (totally fine!) and they gave us a major discount!

The vegan ramen with kale/wheat noodles was delicious. I enjoyed the fried brussel sprouts and vegan gyoza as well. Overall, I would definitely return next time I am in town.

Unbelievably good ramen and friendly staff. They give you a ton of food but it was so good I got two. The ramen noodles aren’t vegan but the kale noodles they put in the vegan ramen is fantastic. I’d give five stars if happycow allowed, which they should.

The vegan ramen is the best ramen I have had thus far. So creamy, crunchy and delicious. The green kelp noodles were very tasty and had a nice al dente consistency. The mushrooms were super and the creamy vegan broth very satisfying. Very quick and polite service as well. Really enjoyed this place.

This had the best ramen we have ever had. It was huge, inexpensive and delicious! Shame on happy cow for not allowing a 5 star rating to places that serve meat. We teach tolerance and several of the best experiences we have had were at normal restaurants. Most people won’t go to vegan restaurants, if they are not vegan, so let’s penalize the restaurant for trying to serve everyone’s needs? Makes no sense. This should be a 5 star.

Best ramen in town - Edit
I love the flavour profile of this dish. I love the shiitake mushrooms and are usually get extra ones too! My husband always gets extra veggies too but for me there’s enough. It has corn and crunchy onion bits as well which make it extra delicious and the kale or spinach green noodles are on point. The service is friendly and fast. The restaurant is always lively and the decor is authentic Japanese. The mushroom gyoza are all great too but do check they are definitely vegan when you get them because I have been given pork gyoza before And apparently this has happened to other people too. Sometimes the Ramen is a little salty. That is my only complaint but it’s a good size and it will fill you up and you can get a Meal deal with the beer as well if you want.
