Definitely a cafe not a restaurant, it was air conditioned and had optional outdoor seating. Workers didn't seem to know what vegan meant but they did have a carrot "tart" / carrot muffin labeled on the counter as vegan which they mentioned when all the salads had meat or dairy. Honestly was more thirsty and wanting to sit than eat so this was fine but could perhaps ask for a salad without meat/dairy. They do have alternative milks for coffees and such which they labeled on the menu, water, soft drinks and fresh squeezed orange juice.
