Nice bowl of Vegan Pho

Ordered: Vegan Pho

The menu seemed to have many vegan options but I came specifically because I wanted a bowl of pho that day. The staff helped me find the Vegan Pho on the menu and it arrived by the time I had returned from washing my hands. It was a nice bowl of Pho, noodles, broccoli, carrots, green onion, tofu, bean sprouts, Thai basil, hot peppers, limes. I may add extra noodles next time. Staff were friendly and attentive. There is outdoor seating but it was a hot day so I sat inside, the windows were large and bright, see my photo to get an idea. I’ll come back if I’m in the area and wanting some pho.
