amazing - Edit
I tried the curry rice and it was really really good. I loved it very much. The flavour was rich and spicy. I chose 100% spicy level. But if you can't take much spicy stuff you could change the spiciness level of the food. The food came pretty quickly I must say ( but that might be due to the fact that I went at a pretty odd timing. ) i must say this is one of the best curry rice I've ever had

Excellent food and ambience - Edit
So far we love the huge variety available in the menu and the creativity of bring the best out of each dish. They cater to all different types of customers which include those who watch their budget as well as those who wants to indulge in good quality food and are willing to spend. The best budget dish is the signature braised rice which cost only $3.30, but taste heavenly. They have higher end dishes like the western food which uses high quality ingredients at generous servings which cost around $20. Their all time favourite will be their soya based kuey chup and ramen and the taste is amazingly good using their secret recipe.

From light to heavy meals - Edit
Came here at around 5 but wasn't feeling quite hungry so I ordered a cup of organic almond soya with ginkyo and a dumplings side dish. The drink was great and quite filling actually; really smooth and much creamier than normal soya milk (using mr bean ones as a standard). The dumplings were so freaking awesome! It was vinegary (in an appetizing way) and mildly spicy. Came in 5 pieces and left me wanting more though I was already full.

Hidden vegan gem - Edit
I'm very surprised O'bean hasn't been raved about more on happy cow or other online forums but we were very impressed with our experience here. We just happened to stumble upon O'bean and although we only popped in for a quick bite to eat, the food we sampled was superb. Firstly, all the dishes are labelled informing you if it contains any dairy and there is a good selection of vegan dishes available. We ordered the sweet and sour spare ribs and chilli dumplings, which were delicious and washed them down with the best mocha and red bean milkshake I have ever had. In total we spent about $27 and given the time we would have definitely returned back.

Ramen, Ramen, Ramen - Edit
One of my favorite places in SG. Huge menu. Many vegan options, staff very helpful. I like the various ramen and the cold soba especially. The western options weren't so great. So better go for the Asian food.

Most delicious food we have eaten in Singapore :) - Edit
Most delicious veggie food we have eaten in Singapore!! :)
Read moreLovely staff and good location - we went at a non-busy time around 4.30-5pm in the afternoon so didn't book and got a table straight away - but when we were leaving at 6pm it was very busy with many people waiting so I would recommend booking.
We ordered ramen soup dishes - I had the sour & spicy soup with dumplings - sooo yummy!!! My boyfriend got the curry soup ramen with 'chicken' - he said equally delicious! We ordered a few sides of greens with delicious sauce and some spring rolls and sweet potato rolls - also great! The only thing we didn't enjoy was the banana smoothie.. It was really think and just an overly powerful 'soy-y taste' I much prefer my smoothies not as thick and with almond milk. Besides the smoothie everything was great!
Vegan dishes are clearly labelled and plenty of vegan options. There are traditional asian dishes as well as veggie burgers and some pasta dishes.
Great restaurant, highly recommend and would definitely go back :)
Pros: Ramen dishes!!, Nice staff, Variety on menu
Cons: Banana smoothie :(
