Vegan Tamales in the Central Valley - Edit
Reviewing this based on order from New Years Day party (belated review as location was not previously available). Came to their storefront location for pick up, it was quick and easy. I highly recommend the mushroom zucchini option (that’s my go to). The tamales have fluff in the sense they use more masa, and I really enjoy them for that. They are wrapped in green banana leaves which is traditional to the Oaxaca region of Mexico. I personally could eat like 2-3 all in one go!
