Got the avocado (my fav), sweet potato (my husbands fav) and cucumber sushi rolls. Comes with 6 pieces for each and filled us up!

The food truck is located in a cool food truck park. A good amount of vegan sushi (clearly labeled). Prices are not bad for the rolls we ordered. We ordered 5 rolls (2 sweet potato rolls, 2 pickled daikon, and 1 nato roll) and it totaled $28. We were really happy with the rolls we got.

We got 4 different types of rolls and they were all delicious! Would definitely recommend. Also the other food trucks have a few vegan options as well if you can’t decide or are with a group.
