We had mushroom & vegetable Bao, vegetable gyoza and Teriyaki Jackfruit and it was all delicious.

Yummy buns - Edit
Tried a few vegetarian buns from oaka, a lot cheaper than buns elsewhere so highly recommend.
Read moreMy favourite were the nai wong and pandan buns. Didn't really like the veg & mushroom buns, it tasted a bit weird... but good price!
Wanted to try to egg tarts but they were sold out... Maybe next time :(

Good and cheap snack - Edit
This is also a (small) asian grocery store, but they offer some very simple food options as well. There are much better places in this area to get a snack for a reasonable prices, but the food is particularly cheap here so you might want to check it out if you are on a budget. Portion sizes are small though.
