They have great Pizza, which is well known in Ullapool so it's always busy, but I'll gladly wait for such a good Pizza. They even have vegan cheese in a random food truck in Ullapool, what a time to be alive.

Got there only 10 mins before they were due to close but they still took my order. Got a vegan margarita. They usually use a premium vegan cheese but they'd run out so used Applewood vegan instead which actually worked really well. Cooked fresh in front of you. Really nice base with just the right level of chew and the sauce was great too.

The vegan cheese used appeared to be a high grade mozzarella style. Very fresh looking and tasting ingredients prepared and cooked while you wait. Impressive wood fired oven. Spotlessly clean. Friendly, good service.
