Vegan sushi - Edit
You can also order take out. Now you can also eat at the same place as your non-vegetarian friends and colleagues!
Read moreTwo of the sushi items are topped with radishes, and one of them with eringi mushroom. Contents may change.
Pros: Tastes fresh
Cons: Wish it could be slightly cheaper.

Update, March 2024. Not sure if the above vegetable set is still available. A lot of vegan stuff on the campus disappeared since the pandemic started. What is available here is an ordinary vegetarian set, nowhere near as fancy as the food above. Just ask them to leave out the egg.

The only choice in the area! - Edit
The vegetable sushi set is vegan (just ask for no miso soup as that is very fishy).
Read moreTheir soy sauce is just your average shoyu so no fish in there which is nice.
As for the set itself it's actually fantastic! Really interesting range of vegetable rolls and sashimis made from mushroom and things.
Cheap too at ¥870 in my opinion. I would happily pay double that and still not feel short too changed.
Pros: ONLY option on campus, Great bento box, Great value!
Cons: Miso soup not vegan or vegetarian as has fish
