An all-vegan dining experience features local Cyprus produce. Offers traditional-style made in-house dishes, breakfast and brunch, long lazy meze-style lunches as well as evening meals including soups, salads, cakes and bakes. Refreshments include teas, coffee and Cyprus wines, beers and ciders. Reservations are required with 24 hours notice. Last table booking 8pm. Due to extremely high temperatures starting June 2024, tables can be reserved for meze at times between 5-9pm. Open Mon 17:00-21:00, Sat-Sun 17:00-21:00. Closed Tue-Fri.

Whether you are a vegan, vegetarian or an omnivore O Linos is a must when visiting Cyprus. The fresh, in-season food makes for a varied menu with dishes delicately flavoured.

Incredible Vegan Heaven - Edit
The highlight of our holiday to Paphos was the evening we spent at o Linos. We received a very warm welcome from Lyndsey, it felt like we were arriving at a friends house. The views and atmosphere are wonderful and the food we were served was the most delicious food we ate in Cyprus, everything cooked and baked to perfection, the combination of flavours just mouthwatering and great wines too.

The location is stunning, remote mountain village, the venue is rustic and really beautiful, Lindsey is amazing, she is front of house, waitress and chef, the food is wonderful, traditional Cypriot meze, all plant based, wide range of colourful, delicious dishes to savour and linger over, all local fresh produce cooked in house, local wines too, and cats! honestly a beautiful and unique experience!

We had a lovely dinner on Monday here with my husband. Lyndsey was really kind and cute. We got a delicious meze and an amazing peach cake. 😋 (peach was from the restaurant's little tree) It wasn't just a dinner it was a gastronomic adventure. We wished we have more space to eat from her foods. 😊 Ps: we loved Lyndsey's cat, Fluffy 😸

Beautiful food in a romantic setting - Edit
There were so many different foods in the mezze, and I loved almost all of them. The homemade tahini bread deserves a special mention. Lindsay let me try a couple of wines before choosing one which was really lovely. If you’re staying in/around Paphos, this is worth the trip.

You can eat as many Meze as you want … this is the best - Edit
There are many vegan Meze in Cyprus. But don‘t judge them until you met Lindsey. The whole place, the people the kind of hosting the evenings and of cause the food made by Lindsey are stunning. Are there anymore Superlatives? Use them here 😂 I always forget to make photos because you can’t think of grabbing your phone when you are there.

Unique experience, true feast for the senses - Edit
It's like you stop in time and space, the moment you seat at the table in the lovely Linós restaurant. The food is thoughtful and delicious. Take your time to savour all the flavours. It's a special experience because you don't have to think about choosing from the menu, the chef and owner offers you what she kindly prepared for the day in mezze style. If you have any dietary restrictions just let her know. It's also important to book in advance as there are few tables available each day. I highly recommend the experience!
