Good place to go if you’re not in a hurry. They were a bit understaffed when I went nonetheless the food was awesome and I loved the vegetarian dumplings made with soybean paste along with the kimbab. A hidden jewel right next to the nail salon.
Not a lot of GOOD vegan options. You can order things with broth but to make it vegan they use water (no miso or vegetable broth). Veganized dishes are often a little bland, sine they remove the sauces and have no alternative. The bap is the go to dish. Only modification is no egg. The tofu is pretty good.
