Vegan burger - Edit
They offer an explicitly labelled vegan burger in a region where the concept of veganism is confusing to the locals. Kudos to them.
Read moreThey didn't have the soy burger when we arrived, but they went out of their way to buy some tofu from a shop, and make the burgers explicitly for us. They were a little soggy as I believe they didn't have time to drain it fully, but hey, beggars can't be choosers.
