So decadent it’s Sluttea - Edit
I’ve always avoided NUTTEA because of the disposable packaging but decided I really wanted to try that nut milk and have a warm drink on a cold day. I was heading to buy something from Vincent’s Marketplace anyway, with which it shares premises, so, nerd that I am, I took along a reusable plastic drinking vessel. Even though I intended to get something warm, when I checked out the menu I really felt like something a bit decadent, so I chose the chocolate and banana smoothie with nut cream. It was absolutely amazing, with the chocolate flavour penetrating the cream for a taste-texture sensation. I probably won’t do this too often, but as a treat it was very nice. I can only give four stars though until they make on-site reusable cups an option. They have reusable cups for sale but this simply puts the onus on the customer to pay for the privilege of consuming more resources.

Wow! I just discovered this yesterday in London. I didn’t know they were a chain. So cool! I think the one here has biodegradable “plastic” though. For the straws for sure, but I didn’t check the cup. 🧐 I also found the drinks to be outstanding. 🥰😍

Nice. It’s a bit of a guilty pleasure for me because it is an international franchise, but it’s connected to a local business here.

Great drinks and friendly staff!

That’s a bit crap but unfortunately an integral part of the business model of voucher sales. Extra profit without even proving a product in return.

Delicious - Edit
We were at Vincent’s and decided to have a Nuttea drink while we were there. I saw a winter warmer “black sesame nut mylk” and ordered that. I wasn’t sure if that meant it was hot but it was served cold. I really enjoyed the flavour of it. It is a nice place to sit. Next time I’ll order it warm I think. I’m still a bit confused about what to add and what not to add!

A guilty pleasure - Edit
I am obsessed with Nuttea, and absolutely love their nut creams. My favourite is the chocolate but the plain goes with a few more drinks. The fruit teas I find super sweet but they are happy to customise to your taste (i.e half sugar). They also do free birthday drinks if you sign up to the app. However, they only honour it if you've been on the app for at least a month. But of a shame as I've been going for a year just never had the app!

That Nut Mylk! - Edit
Second time in a Nuttea, and both times I've thought I could just take a whole cup of the Nut Mylk as it's divine! Next time maybe 😁

Nuttea is fantastic, only outshone by the customer service! - Edit
The service here was outstanding. Absolutely blew me away. The girls working yesterday (9th December) were fantastic, a testament to genuine customer service. They answered any questions we had, made recommendations, but we're also happy to just have a chat with us too.
Read moreWe were offered a sample of the Nuttea cream before we had ordered, and our coffee was spectacular. We tried the mocha over ice with nut cream - phenomenal. They even came out and gave us some free bottled juices which was so thoughtful!
They also sell vegan groceries here, Feezer after freezer of any mock meats you can imagine. Duck, chicken, pork, beef, goose, ham, salami, fish, prawns, spam. Several flavours and brands of each. They range from $8 per kg to around $15 per kg, I don't feel like I'm paying vegan tax here.
Insanely good selection, and at much more reasonable prices compared with supermarket branded mock meats. I wish we had visited here sooner.
They also sell dumplings, pies, gyozas, steamed buns, and desserts. Tonnes of vegan dipping sauces, cooking ingredients, noodles, pre-made ready meals, snacks, chocolates, lollies, hot chocolate and coffee beans... The list goes on.
They have gained a regular customer, and we can't wait to go back and try more of their goodies!
Have also now tried their chocolate nut cream on warm mocha - even better than the original! As always, great service from Vincent's marketplace staff.
