The food and smoothies are fantastic. Everything on the menu tastes incredible and is very nutritious. Every time I eat Nucleus my body can feel the nutrition and improves my focus and mood.

Amazing Raw Vegan Food and Great People! - Edit
Nucleus is so cool and such a gem in Luzerne. The food is really good, creative and insanely healthy. All raw and vegan. This is the only place where I can honestly say that, after I eat here, I actually feel healthier and have more energy, etc. Cool ambiance and great people too!

Food was amazing and the service was very welcoming. The place feels very much like a family business to the point that their mom stopped by to get something! Service was great as they helped walk through the scratch made process and highlights some of their best sellers. Everything. Is. Raw.

I strongly recommend the sesame chick’n tacos as they have a great flavor and the sauce makes them stand out more vs the spicy chick’n tacos.

Food is fantastic. Their smoothies are super delicious and they have a wide array to choose from. One of my favorite smoothies is the blueberry cheesecake, but you really can't go wrong with any. I love the burgers, spicy chick'n tacos, sesame veggies, crab cakes. I'm super grateful for this place, i love the vibe, atmosphere, and service. The only con is they don't have location in Scranton.

First off let me say that this place has some of the best raw meals I've ever had. I had the chickadilla, which is much more of taco than a quesadilla. The taco shell was delicious and the texture was nice and crunchy like a real hard taco shell. The staff also takes allergies VERY seriously. The Wilkes-Barre location is open Monday-Friday. I was staying in Wilkes-Barre on a Sunday/Monday and was bummed that the three all vegan places were closed those days. Luckily I check the Nucleus website and saw that the W-B location was actually open on a Monday. What a relief. It's a little difficult to find because it is inside of a bank for some reason.

Absolutely spectacular! We had the tacos, quesadilla, and “crab cakes”. So different, unique, DELICIOUSSS! I’ve never had a “gourmet” raw vegan meal until coming here and the owner knocked it out of the park! She has great taste.

I love this place so much! I have my favorites, but I've been trying just about all their options and none of them disappoint! Great place to stop by for a full meal, a quick smoothie, or even just a fronana dessert on a hot day.

If I could just live off of original tacos every day for the rest of my life, I would. My husband, who hates all things that grow from the ground, even loves Nucleus! Everything I’ve had from the menu has been wonderful.. And I always make sure I’ve got their salsa bread, bacon and kale chips in the pantry at home. I love having a raw vegan restaurant so close to home!

A different and unique way of eating. Taking tradition and making it their own in a whole new level. It's homey and beyond welcoming. I have never been unsatisfied once out of all the times I've gone here. My favorite is the tacos!!

It was so nice to find a place relatively close to home that has an all vegan menu, and raw was an added bonus! The avotizer was absolutely incredible, and I definitely purchased some of their living bread and white sauce so I could recreate it at home.

Made a detour while driving across PA on i80 to check out this eatery and couldn't have been happier. May have added an hour to my cross country trek, but it was well worth it. Friendly welcoming staff, well decorated and comfortable lounge, and seemingly coordinated music warmed my heart and charged my soul! Plus the food was marvelous and they even washed my mason jar and filled it with a fresh banana mango and greens smoothie

Yes this is indeed the best place in Luzerne county if your looking for a healthy vitamin packed meal. It's raw vegan which makes this even more fantastic.

One of the few healthy vegan options in the back mountain, AND the only raw option to my knowledge. All the smoothies are so delicious along with everything else as well. Dan, Kamri and all the other workers are so kind and I always look forward talking to them when I go in! I suggest eating there and reading a little bit from the selection of books they have. If you aren't used to raw foods it will be different and maybe even strange for you but never disappointing. Be curious!! Try raw!!

This place is the absolute best. Dan & all the workers are so unbelievably friendly. Whenever I visit I am always greeted with a smile and sometimes even a story! My girlfriend and I stopped by one morning for juices before a long hike in Jim Thorpe & Kamri was telling us all about her trip that upcoming weekend. The friendliness really only makes this place better! The food is AMAZING. If you are hesitant to try raw, vegan food hesitate no more because you will fall in love. This is by far my absolute favorite restaurant, not only in NEPA, but ever that I have visited and I have been to many in bigger cities like Philly & NYC. Keep up the good work guys! You guys are doing awesome!!
