Friendly place, that knows what vegan is and has a decent offering - Edit
I had all my meals in Hurghada here (stayed 2 days at the Marina).

The staff was always very kind, and since the items are not marked vegan, I sometimes asked for the ingredient list and the waiter was able to tell me - so really nice to know that they are not using some meatbroth f.ex..
Typical Egyptian food, and it is one of the few (the only?) on the Marina. Food is tasty and relatively cheap (for the Marina, but a bit more expensive than other places). Dishes were tasty.
No tummy issues afterwards (we also has juices), so a place to visit :-)

Delicious vegan food - Edit
The food was very tasty indeed. The staff very helpful and lovely I will definitely recommend this place for vegans. There are a small number of vegan options available. (This is my ninth day in Egypt and Vegan options have been few and far between!)
