Lovely unpretentious cafe - with books too! - Edit
Oat and soya milk available, happy to make the meals vegan. I really like the relaxed atmosphere and simple but well-cooked meals. One or two vegan cakes would be appreciated and would make it 5*.

What is important to me is supporting local charities and independent shops as the grip of corporate franchises are crushing the little people. So this is a wonderful place to park your backside and have a delicious tea or coffee. Not only that there are loads or secondhand books, CDs and DVDs to look through at your leisure and maybe purchase at very low prices.
Read moreI have rated it slightly lower because it's from a vegan perspective and I would like to see a couple of vegan cakes on offer as their cakes do look delicious and would go so well with a brew.
