Hit the spot - Edit
Perfect after a walk along the canal. Covid safe. A delicious mix of hot soups, salads and wraps. Vegan and gluten free options. Sat outdoors as we had the dog with us, table service was excellent. I had the sweet potato soup with salad bowl (mix of three utterly delicious choices). My fella had the sweet corn & red pepper soup with a falafel wrap stuffed full of roast veg, avo & houmous (others included vegan cheese and salad) We also had a a chai latte & latte with choice of plant milk. We took a slice of sweet potato & coconut cake with us as well as a chunky flapjack. If you’re after a nutritious, tasty, satisfying meal with great service at a decent price, this is a must!

good vegan options - Edit
All lunch options available where vegan and most gluten free. The only bad side was that they didn't have at the moment any vegan and gluten free desert.

Lovely place, but blend food - Edit
We had breakfast at this place: baked beans on toast and the porridge. Portions were big, but unfortunately both dishes tasted very blend. It’s a lovely place though, great staff and loving atmosphere.

Really nice people and the place is lovely. Great if you are looking for some healthy food. Wish the curry had been a little more flavorful and spiced. If I was going to be in town again, I would totally give it another try, though.

Old school cafe offering a couple of specials as well as daily sandwiches and soups. Lovely and relaxing although I imagine it would be hard to get a seat at weekends.

What this little cafe lacks in size it makes up for in flavor! I have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Their breakfast and lunch are both delicious! They also offer gluten free options for those who need them.

Tuscan bean stew. Nice:) - Edit
First visit to Nourish and reviewers were spot on. Really nice vegan food: Tuscan bean stew with cherry pie to follow. I tried an interesting turmeric latte too that I'll definitely have again. Definitely recommended.

The menu is 99% vegan and 100% vegetarian. We went for lunch one day and decided to go back for breakfast the following day and really enjoyed everything. The ingredients feel fresh, they're locally sourced and organic when possible. All the food was really nice and the staff is friendly.

Great little cafe :) - Edit
Was happy to stumble upon this little cafe while on an overnight in Inverness and was please by the wide selection of vegan options. I went twice, both times getting the turmeric latte which I loved, and trying the soup and sandwich (tofu blt) as well as a breakfast wrap on my second trip and a slice of fruitcake for take away. Very please with the food and would definitely recommend!!
