Many good reviews for this place so am confused about my experience here. Perhaps you have to look a certain way to be welcomed at this establishment.

After walking in (and everyone stopping conversation to stare at us) we were blatantly ignored by two members of staff. Eventually one woman grumbled a 'hello' at us, at which point we decided to leave.

This is my first time leaving a negative review of any restaurant, but the experience was very disappointing. Was supposed to be a birthday meal and I was very excited to find a vegan restaurant in my home city. I am a shy person and I felt very, very uncomfortable here. Luckily the day was salvaged with a nice vegan pizza elsewhere.
