Alright health food shop

I used to come here a lot as it used to be the only place to buy vegan chocolate back in my day. They've changed premises a couple of times in the last fifteen years, expanding and getting slightly smaller again. It's easy enough to find as they're only a few shops away from the central fountain.

Their selection of vegan chocolate, cupboard stables, protein bars, and the like are alright. They used to have a freezer but got rid of it once they moved to their current shop (about ten years ago!). They have an alright selection of fridge products, including hummus, vegan cheese, tofu. The prices are on par with Tesco, although they're at a disadvantage due to not having own branded items.

They have a small selection of vegan beauty products and cleaning supplies. It's nothing too exciting but they have all the basics.

The staff have always been lovely. They can see if other branches have the item you want in stock and can order it in to avoid you paying shipping fees.

Good selection of products

It's a good shop with plenty of chances for your vegan lifestyle but I found it a bit expensive compared to othe shops

Pros: Good quality, Kind staff

Nourish Omni

I love Nourish in general, the staff are always really nice, there's a great selection of vegan stuff and they open Sundays. The Omni shop recently moved to a bigger premises within the centre and they now have a good selection of frozen stuff, especially vegan ice cream.

Pros: Friendly Staff, Frozen Food, Great selection

Cons: Not in the city centre
