Critical: Professionalism
A few weeks ago my friends and I were excited to try not chicks!

Their Instagram at the time did not specify that they were delivery only - when we googled the restaurant, it also didn't specify this and infact it provided an address!!

We tried to find the restaurant and it ended up being Lulu lemon.
This was a shame as we wanted to try the food but also travelled quite far for it.

We contacted the company via their Instagram and asked if they would specify this online so no-one else would have the same issue as us.

We were never rude or demanding, just suggesting they edit their info as it was definitely incorrect!!

The person responding through their Instagram messenger was rude and argumentative rather than apologetic and understanding, it was insanely disappointing as we weren't even complaining but rather trying to help.
They took our advice and changed it but BLOCKED our accounts from their profile completely.

Super disappointed and shocked, this definitely was unprofessional and rude behaviour, terrible customer service. Won't be recommending them to anyone now.
