Northstar Cafe- friendly place for great food! - Edit
All the staff greeted me with a smile and very helpful in making recommendations from the menu. I chose the buddha bowl which was rice base, vegetables and fried tofu with peanut sauce and topped with fried onions. So yummy! They have a full bar as well.

Best Veg Burger - Edit
Yummy veggie burger they’re known for, it’s the Northstar burger on the menu. The patty is so good and the simple salad with it is also really tasty. Loved it and perfect portion, cute place too! Multiple vegan options and all clearly labeled on the menu.

Whenever we are in the area (or feel up to taking the trip), we always stop at Northstar! I love all the options they have and all the food is so fresh and delicious! My favorites are the veggie burger and Buddha bowl with tofu. The veggie burger really hits the spot if you’re in the mood for a burger. I recommend getting it with the salad. The Buddha bowl has a great toasted flavor and all the veggies are cooked perfectly! The sauce just pulls everything together. Sooo good!

Northstar Bean Burger is absolutely the best you will ever eat. You can see the beans and brown rice in the patty. Taste is awesome. These guys nailed it!

The Northstar vegan made vegan means no cheese and a substitute for the bun, I appreciate that I can change sides for any option. My favorite thing to order is the Thai burrito. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly. I just wish they’d finally make a vegan cookie. You can also order hot cocoa made vegan with almond milk!

This restaurant is great, I had the black bean burger and it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The salad was excellent. It's definitely one of the better places to eat if your following a vegetarian or vegan diet. I would highly recommend.

We were traveling back home on Sunday from out of town and were desperate for breakfast. We decided to stop here because it was the only place I could find open with vegan options. they only have a couple of options, but we both got the burrito made vegan, and figured it would be an average breakfast burrito. It was fantastic! We were both surprised how good it was. we also got the breakfast potatoes, and they were exceptionally good, too. the best vegan breakfast I think I've had. I'm glad we got lucky and stopped here. I wish i was allowed to give it 5 stars.

We are newbie vegans and as this was our first time trying the restaurant, the staff was super helpful when we ordered. Items are marked vegan on the menu but that means they can prepare it without dairy or eggs. You still need to ask. Had the Northstar Burger vegan-style (different bread that isn't egg washed bun and no cheese) and a side salad they call simple salad but which was the BEST chopped salad we've ever eaten! Will be back.
