Cute community health food store - Edit
Old-school community/co-operative health food store. Nice bulk bins and some interesting products. If you are local, becoming a member of the co-op helps you save on groceries.

North Country Co-Op - Edit
I love the co-op. There are many options for vegetarians, the co-op tries to reduce waste. The employees will help find you basics for new vegetarians, and they are super nice. The membership is cheap ($10 a year!) and you save on your groceries.

back to the basics - Edit
This is a great place for local and vegan/vegetarian options. A much needed health oasis in a greasy spoon town. Has decent options for the basics. The service is warm and helpful, and while they advertise deli options they are very limited as they are just starting up. It is not huge or comprehensive, which are the only reasons for the lower ratings. But there is always room to grow and it has the potential to become a great co-op

Cons: mostly frozen prepared food, no hot prepared food, not much variety

Become a member and save on organics! - Edit
Zero waste is a priority with the co-op, with a huge bulk section. The pre-made vegan options are always in plastic, but usually it's a wrap. Only made on certain days of the week as a vegan options, sometimes it's only a vegetarian option. Join the co-op for $10 a year and automatically save 5% on all your groceries, with the option to volunteer your time for more discounts. Offers local community organic farm produce year round.

Great variety - Edit
The co-op always has a few pre-prepared vegan meals available along with some great local and organic ingredients. They're also the only place in town I can find that stocks the Alternative Baking Company's cookies, which are amazing.
