Limited but excellent choices - Edit
We stayed at the hotel and I wouldn't have thought to try it but for the reviews in Happy Cow. There was a vegetarian preset menu that could be made vegan--brussel sprout salad first course followed by an entree of breaded oyster mushrooms with vegetables. For dessert, a vegan beet ice cream (there was alao a pear sorbet that could be subbed). I am struggling with the rating system as I submit my reviews for a bunch of different restaurants I have tried, particularly since I just gave a vegan restaurant three stars. So to be clear, the four stars are because the food was delicious. The restaurant was very expensive and a bit miserly as not even a dinner roll appeared on the table and our wines were a little disappointing. But the food that actually appeared on the table was excellent and highly recommended.

This restaurant is a part of the Radisson Hotel. This gives the atmoshphere a little bit "hotel restaurant" vibes which i was not a huge fan of. But the food was very very tasty and the staff is friendly. But you need to ask if the vegetarian menu is vegan, since it was not clearly labeled 🫡

There are some vegan options, like one main and 1-2 starters, so not many options. The bread with mushrooms was extremely tasty, and the main cabbage meal was also not bad. beautifully arranged. Quite expensive.. but don’t really have a good reference…
