We had a wonderful lunch at Noodles!
Read moreSuper friendly, attentive, helpful owners.
The buns are adorable!
we had the curry potato bun, edamame, spring rolls and spicy tofu noodle soup. The soup was delicious! veggies, limey spicy unami broth, udon noodles and crispy fried garlic on top. My kiddo lived it and they're very lucky about their soups! Also get the lemongrass iced tea💜
Will be back again soon.
Pros: Lemongrass tea, Friendly owners, Lots of vegan options
Cons: Nothing- would give 5stars if I could!, Nothing- would give 5stars if I could!, Nothing- would give 5stars if I could!

Very good apps; ramen okay - Edit
We drove two hours just visit Noodles, and we were so pleased that we were able to be seated right away. We had studied the menu online beforehand, which had vegan and vegetarian items clearly labeled as such. When we were handed the physical menus, there were no vegan or vegetarian denotations and cell reception was poor, so it was difficult to cross-reference with the online menu. The server, however, was very knowledgeable about veganism and helped us veganize the ramen.
Read moreThe lemongrass iced teas we ordered were delicious and refreshing, and we were able to customize the sweetness level, and it was perfect!
We ordered the stuffed buns and Thai chive dumplings, which were EXCELLENT, and our expectations for the entrees were high. However, the ramen left something to be desired. The broth was good, and everything was well-cooked and served hot. There were very few vegetables/toppings, just a couple pieces of carrot and bamboo shoots in addition to the included tofu. I would have loved some more veg variety and color. You can add toppings for an additional cost. The ramen wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better.
Definitely worth a visit, but I wouldn’t try to veganize any items that are not vegan already.
Pros: Lots of options, Knowledgeable staff
Cons: Menu difficult to navigate

BEST spot for vegan in Northampton! - Edit
This is a gem of a place in Northampton. It has been extremely difficult to find a great place that wasn’t limited. The tofu ramen soup, snd curry peanut soup were delicious! Same with the spring rolls, SUPER fresh. They were greatly affected by covid- so come in to support them! If all vegan- I’d give 5/5 stars.

Worth the wait - Edit
Great food, many vegan options. We waited a long time to be served (small seating area, compared to amount of customers coming through, but the food was worth the wait ⚡️ I especially liked the tofu deluxe and chrysanthemum iced tea. Could have been spicier.

okay - Edit
Just okay. I got the veggie Laksa, which unfortunately didn't have a whole lot of flavor. It was short on coconut milk, so lacked richness. The base was also missing the strong sour and spicy flavors that I crave in a Laksa.
Read moreHowever, Noodles does get points for having extensive vegetarian options. They have a big section in their menu with clearly labeled options.
I came back a second time and tried some other offerings. Their appetizers are tasty. We liked the stone garden and the crispy taro.
Pros: veggie options
Cons: limited flavor, not spicy
