Horrible customer service on to go orders

My order was made wrong and when I asked if it was vegan they laughed and said “it might be”… hung up on me… offered no refund. It was an all around horrible experience

Pros: Good service when dining in , Yummy vegan food when dining in , Read menu carefully and ask questions

Cons: Horrible management , To go orders go very wrong , Over priced

Bland and overpriced

Had the general Tso’s tofu. Ordered online, so many fees were added at the end that it went from $13.99 on the menu to nearly $25 for a single carry out meal. You have to pay to add rice. It was okay but felt very low effort and bland. Mushy tofu with a drizzle of sweet and sour sauce. One single piece of broccoli. Worst general Tso’s tofu I’ve ever had. Other menu items might be less disappointing.

Lots of choices

This spot has lots of vegan options, unique cuisine such as bao, which were very good. We added the 2 sauces on the table (Asian style vinegar and soy sauce) to them. I tried the mixed vegetable plate with tofu and it was rather bland. I was hoping for more flavor. My husband had the kung pao and said the flavor was good. I would definitely get something else next time. Additionally the prices were pricey for the style of restaurant. We had an appetizer, 2 teas and our entrees and it was over $60 without tip. I’ve had better for less for sure.

Pros: Several vegan dishes, Handmade fresh , Large portions

Cons: Pricey for cuisine style , Dishes do take a while to come out
