I love the concept of this place and have eaten here several times, but I don't as often due to mistakes and I don't like having to double check before I leave a location. I have had meat and dairy added when specifically asked not to.

Pros: Willing to modify, Clear Vegetarian choices
Cons: Dairy or meat on most everything, You have to modify, Mistakes get made

Quick serve noodle restaurant. I found this place while looking for some new vegan options in the area around my work.
Read moreMy two favorites are the Japanese pan noodles with tofu added and the Penne Rosa without cream and cheese. They have other vegan options if you search their site but these have worked for me.
I also recommend their loyalty program. You can quickly earn free lunches, etc.
