Very Accommodating to Vegan Diet

I went to Noodlebox in Airdrie, AB for the first time on the weekend. New to ordering from their menu, I ordered what I thought was a Vegan dish: the Thai Style Chow Mein Box with the recommended Chow Mein noodles. When they asked if I had any allergies or dietary concerns, I said no because I assumed I was already ordering a Vegan dish, as there was a V connotation beside the dish name on the menu, and I ordered it with tofu. When my meal arrived, I took one bite and immediately realized it had fish sauce! I asked if they could remake it as a Vegan dish, and they did so at no extra charge. They also explained that the Chow Mein noodles are not Vegan and offered me to swap it with rice noodles or rice. I was so grateful for the option and for the kindness in remaking my dish — which was clearly my own error in ordering. Because of this, I will return and much more knowledgeable now for the Vegan options. Fresh and very flavourful. Many of the dishes on the menu can be made Vegan, but make sure to specific that at the time of ordering!

Noodlebox Airdrie Review

Went here the other night for a quick takeout meal. Was really impressed that they offered several vegan options which were clearly identified on the in-store signage. Prices seemed reasonable as the portion sizes were larger than expected. Staff were friendly too. Will definitely go back.
