Delicious Vegan Dinners - Edit
I have been to Noodle Saigon many times and have had a delicious vegan dinner each time. They will substitute soy sauce in place of fish sauce where possible. They use a numbering system that is referenced on the menu when you order. Some of the offerings that I specially enjoy are: #A2 Tofu Roll Appetizer; D24 Tofu Flat Rice Noodle; and #S19 Curry Tofu Noodle Salad Bowl. The Salad Bowl is my all time favorite, but everything I have had here is delicious.

Great Vegan Pho - Edit
This is my "go-to" for comfort food. Huge bowl hot seasoned vegetable broth Pho hearty soup with all the garnishes. Huge array of vegetables and tofu if requested. Fresh spring rolls with tofu to start, then Pho and I depart with a happy full belly!
