Best vegan pizza in town! - Edit
Most vegan places use something like Daiya or some other cheese that frankly isn't very good. Nomadic uses potato-based cheese from a local restaurant supplier that has a great melty texture. Its a little spendy compared to something like Dominoes, but you're paying for the wood fire and to support a local, female-owned business that offers a delicious vegan option. Its also convenient for people who live on Peoria, as there aren't many food options that direction. I got to be a "beta tester" before they opened up and have even bought some "take 'n bake" pizzas from the owner to freeze overnight. Recommend stopping by if they're at an event near you or you're going by the market for some plants.
