Solid option but not a full meal

I got the cauliflower guac sandwich. It was really good tasting. The cauliflower itself was crispy and substantial. And the bread was tasty. Overall was a little lacking though because there was no protein or anything substantial really, felt like filler food. Good in a pinch, but not a thoughtful meal.

Pros: Taste, Size, Cauliflower

Cons: No protein
