Refreshingly innovative - Edit
The lunchtime menu seems to change on a weekly basis, so any local regulars are in luck.

It was easy to see that the ingredients were fresh and well sourced, the cheffing skills high and the front of house professional.

Noinin was a recommendation from a vegan tour guide I met in Dublin and it didn't disappoint. Owned by two sisters, it's a lovely little omni cafe. I had a buddha bowl full of wonderfully fresh vegetables, delicious flavors and grilled tofu. My non-vegan friend said it was the best fish sandwich she's ever had. Warm and friendly service and a great stop in Kilkenny. Rotating, seasonal menu.
