We were in Iowa City on a Sunday evening and decided to try Nodo.

We ordered the banh mi, the West Coast Wrap, and got a ginger molasses cookie and a banana muffin.
We both really liked the West Coast Wrap. The tofu was delicious in both the wrap and the banh mi. The banh mi was okay but the pickled carrots and cucumber jalapeno slaw was in larger pieces (like carrot and cucumber coins quartered if that makes sense) so it fell out every time you took a bite of the sandwich.
The banana muffin and the ginger molasses cookie were soft and delicious. Would 100 percent get the muffin and West Coast a wrap again.
The counter help was friendly and knowledgeable about veganism.

One of the best in Iowa City - Edit
The vegan version of their mushroom sandwich is one of the best things in Iowa City, I get it every time. Numerous items can be made vegan.
