Really good service, good food. - Edit
If you like burgers, Noble Wave makes really good ones. The chef takes a Beyond meat patty and smashes it, making the texture slightly crispy and thinner. I asked for their sweet bun which is vegan, and added lettuce, tomato, and onions. The fries they make seem to be very simple, but tasty: cut the potatoes, fry them, and add some salt. This is what I ate when I was there and I 100% recommend it. My only con at this restaraunt would be that there aren’t a lot of vegan options and no designated veg. menu.
Read moreThe owner of this restaurant is really friendly, and gladly told us how Noble Wave was founded. This place has great food, but the owner said that he originally meant for it to be more publicized about the drinks. They serve wine, cocktails, beer, ciders, etc. I also want to add that the servers who were here when I was were very nice. One is named Brenna and helped a new server who was having trouble with orders. She also was sweet to a family near us who accidentally spilled their drink.
The atmosphere of this place is loud, but if you don’t like that there is outdoor seating too. Really liked the bright colors of this place and music. Overall, a great first visit.
