Good vegan breakfast

We visited today. Both had the vegan breakfast which was super filling. Not too many vegan options on the menu but as we were leaving they did have 3 vegan friendly cakes, just we had no room to sample them. Given this, here would be a good vegan option for tea and a slice of cake.
