Absolutely love this wine bar and restaurant. Beautiful decor, lovely atmosphere, pleasant service. They have clearly marked vegan options across all dishes and their extensive wine menu. Generously sized portions and delicious cocktails. Well worth making a trip!

Very vegan friendly menu. Well marked, including wines etc. three course early bird menu currently 30euro. I had satay noodles, large gnocchi and fruit crumble. All delicious.

Read moreThey have a fair number of vegan dishes whether it’s a starter or a main or even a dessert. The drink menu feels like the encyclopaedia so you’re spoiled for choice.
I’ll note that the staff could be trained better in regards to allergens and dietary restrictions however, the co owner of no3 is vegan and he is the most knowledgeable and helpful person I’ve ever come across in the industry.
I will note that I had ordered the cauliflower dish twice and the 2nd time it was inedible. I’m pretty good with spice but I was shedding actual tears. The dish would have had excellent flavours if the chef had remembered to leave some spices for other dishes.
The location is good given that it’s situated on the side of a very long and very straight road. There’s not much else around so parking your car can be a little tricky as it is quite literally just an open road.
The space is beautiful. Full of Knick knacks and decorations of a certain age which perfectly plays into the slightly dimmed atmosphere with a cosy setting and burning candles.
*not sure if any other guests had this issue but the two bathrooms they have are so tiny that once you get into the stall you can hardly close the door

Discovered this place via this app when we were visiting the area and decided to look for somewhere to have lunch. What a great discovery! As a vegan coeliac, I had a great range of clearly labelled options. All very tasty. Huge wine menu, including many vegan wines. As a non-drinker I loved having two pages on non-alcoholic options as well.

Great food, drinks and staff - Edit
The menu has a lot of vegetarian and vegan options, and many of them also were gluten-free. There is an extensive wine list with organic and vegan wines from all over the world and the food is varied and very tasty. The dessert menu was great also. The atmosphere is fantastic as well, we look forward to coming back with friends!

Really good menu options for vegans - multiple options for starters, tapas, main course and dessert. Nice atmosphere with lots of antique bits and pieces on the walls! Friendly staff. Will defo go back if passing that direction again!

Great restaurant and the proprietor was very friendly and chatty. We arrived between lunch and dinner but it was no problem. Vegan and vegetarian options on the menu.

Charming pub and restaurant in Boyne Valley area - Edit
The restaurant is well located for anyone exploring the Boyne Valley and Newgrange. The ambiance is wonderful - a 1920s jazz bar feel with period furniture and interesting bric a brac. There are several clearly marked vegan options for starter, main, brunch and sides, and the staff are well aware of veganism. The food is well presented and very delicious. Recommended!

My parents and I ate here on the last night of our trip. It's not cheap but very reasonably priced for a restaurant. I had a three course meal including soup, channa masala, and lime avocado tart. Everything was delicious and the proprietor chatted with us.

Brilliant food and experience - Edit
One vegan option on the set (and a la carte) menu for starter, main course, and dessert. Gorgeous meal with gluten free options for the vegan meals. Brought out water for our dog to the outdoor seating, the staff were so attentive and friendly, and it was just an overall lovely experience. Will definitely be back!

This is a lovely place. Wayne one of the owners is a vegan. There are vegetarian options on the menu which can be adapted to be vegan. The atmosphere is lovely and we will be back
