Good choice of salads - Edit
They have lots of salad choices. 2 for about 5 euros and 4 for 8 euros. I had 2 which was filling for lunch. You can eat outside and the coffee was good. Next to Submarine which sells vegan sandwiches too.

We went there at 5 pm on a Saturday. There was no food served, only drinks. We asked about food and they told us they could bring the menu of the restaurant next door.

We really loved the salad bar offered by No. 43 and the amazing customer service we received. The young woman very patiently showed us which options are vegan and we ended up with two bowls full of great tasting salad variations: Arabic chickpea and red cabbage salad, tahini coleslaw with cranberries, mushroom and zucchini salad and a mint-green peas-green beans-almond salad and my favorite (super tasty) beetroot and radish salad.

If you really want to find something to criticize, it would be that there wasn’t a meat free option with tomato and some classic “leafy” salad to balance out the beans heavy mixtures. But this might also be due to the fact that we had a very late lunch at 2.30pm and I assume that many options were already sold out.
Absolut recommendation from us!!

Lots of salads on offer, not all clearly marked as vegan but I reckon almost half of the menu is vegan. The menu when we were there was projected onto the ceiling from a phone, which was certainly a choice. At lunch, lots of people cutting the line to get orders in, and ordering while others are still choosing the salads for their bowls. Staff are very friendly - too friendly, because they take those orders and cause extra stress. For all that though, very tasty salads in decent portions and ok prices.

Amazing, nutritious food. They made us a vegan burrito and then we had a salad too with a selection of 4 vegan salads (included chickpea dish, bulgur wheat, courgettes and tabbouleh). Also have a good selection of non-dairy milks. The staff are really lovely and they have outside seating.

The amount of ingredients used was astonishing, extremely generous portions and the best value for money we found in Malta.
We went three times in six days!!

Cons: The toilet is quite tragic, best to hold it in!!

Although this is a very small little place there is lots of outside seating. The lady’s who work here are lovely and the food is fresh, clean and tasty. Sandwiches, bagels, soup, pasta and salads all which can be vegan

It only looks like a small cabinet of food from the outside but behold the counter inside they are dishing up some seriously delicious salad boxes. Smaller and larger boxes available. Staff we nice and told me which options were vegan and surprisingly they had about 6-7 salads to choose from. Highly recommend.

Always changing menu with consistently good vegan and gluten free options. A great spot for a quick take away lunch or to sit and enjoy the sun at the outdoor tables. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Valletta for lunch.

Probably the best restaurant for vegans in Valletta - Edit
I was very hungry after spending the day hiking and wanted to have a big lunch. That’s precisely what I ended up having too. I had a salad containing quinoa, mushrooms, beetroot etc. served with bread and olive oil. I also ordered a mixed fruit snoothie and sandwich. However, I couldn’t eat everything because the portions were big. Helpful and friendly staff who readily tell you about their vegan options.

Aus meiner Sicht das beste Restaurant in Valletta. Die Bedingung ist freundlich, die Salate immer frisch und von guter Qualität. Ausserdem muss man nicht lange warten und die Preise sind gut echt gut und gerecht. Es hat immer vegane Optionen wie z.B Linsen, Kichererbsen, Quinoa, Mungbohnen, oder den Detox Salat. Jeden Tag ist die Auswahl verschieden und man kann sich überraschen lassen.
