Closed Sun & Thur due to attending farmer's markets.

We caught up with Nishi’s Vegan Creations at the Monroe Farmers Market in Stroudsburg where they have a stand every Saturday morning.
Read moreWe took home a combination of various croissants both savory and sweet and we’re gleefully tasting our way through them. So far, they are all excellent!
We got to speak with the chef/owner. She talked about how she endeavored to make a cruelty free pastry as good as it’s namesake. I tell you that she has nailed it!
We’ll be back soon to try her cookies and muffins.

We stopped by this Farmers’ market stand and got a variety of savory and sweet croissants. Preparing for an annual October festival party.
