I loved the Vegan Spicy Ramen with karaage.

I'm in the area working for a few days and needed a nice noodly lunch. I saw the reviews on Happy Cow and am pleased to say I was not disappointed.

Let’s start off by saying “I love ramen!” I’ve tried probably about 10 Ramen places that offer vegan food. I’d have to say nishiki is one of my top favorites if not the top! Their broth is probably my favorite out of all the places I’ve been in San Diego. I’ve had better noodles though. Still very delicious. Their vegan chicken karage is amazing!!!! You can get it as an appetizer as well! To finish the meal, they give you a tasty sample of dairy free ice cream. 😋😋😋
