Red sauce isnt vegan - Edit
Just called about ordering a pizza and it seems like the option is basically cauliflower crust with salt and vegan cheese? Asked specifically about the sauce and they said it wasn't vegan. Did not ask about the other crust options.

Nice to find a vegan option in Utica! - Edit
We stopped in here having seen Google reviews that mentioned vegan cheese.
Read moreVegan cheese is not advertised on their menu board, but we asked the guy working there and he rooted around in the freezer until he found a bag. He also let us know that they have cauliflower crust pizzas available, too.
The downside here was that I think they used the same cutter to slice our pizza having used it on a meat pizza before, so I took a bite that had ground round or something in it, too.
Otherwise, nice staff and it was nice to be able to get a stone baked pizza on a rainy summers day, the price was good, too.
