Great food, jarring vibe

I had The Fungus sandwich, which is fully vegan and it was AMAZING. Truly a harmony of flavors that was unexpected but fantastic. You can tell that they actually put thought into crafting delicious vegan-specific food here, rather than just slapping a beyond burger on the menu like some other places do. I didn’t expect it to be filling but it was. It also came with garlic fries. If you’re not a fan of fresh/raw garlic, it comes off easily.

The vibe felt like someone put tables in a Spirit Halloween. There were spooky mannequins with masks and cloaks, and creepy dolls. They have about 10 TV screens that show repeating/rotating clips of the most gorey/scary parts of horror movies. Be prepared to look away if you don’t want to see gore/violence while eating your meal. The music is loud; a mixture punk/rock/metal.

TLDR; fantastic sandwich but the vibe can be off putting for sensitive parties. The severs were friendly very nice and attentive even when the restaurant was busy.

Pros: The Fungus sandwich - delicious and creative, Friendly service/waitstaff

Cons: Gorey movie clips shown over food, The vibe isn’t for everyone

Great place

The vegan breakfast was delicious and they had a great range of cocktails. The garlic fries are amazing!
