I could not rate this little market stall more highly. This has to be the freshest and most delicious salad I have ever tried. The woman running the stall assembles the colourful delight in front of your eyes. The sauce was delish, the dish was full of protein and lots of avo! You could tell that the woman puts so much heart and soul and pride into this food.

We have to add our voice to the many happy customers before us. This was probably the best wrap I‘ve had so far in my life. The peanut sauce - amazing! Fresh ingredients with great taste. We love this place and recommend it to everyone.

We found this food cart when exploring the walking street. It was the “homemade peanut sauce” on her menu that attracted us to trying it. We both had the pita bread and it was INSANE. We could pick and choose what salad we wanted inside of it (we also opted against her homemade tofu as we had eaten so much tofu in Thailand). This was honestly one of the yummiest things we have EVER eaten and the addition of her peanut sauce was amazing. Please go and try one if you get a chance!

Amazing fresh pittas! - Edit
This was our favourite food stall in Pai. The lady running it is so friendly and the pittas are amazing, healthy, and packed full to the brim of delicious fresh veg. We tried the salad and pittas and both were amazing (the pitta was slightly easier to eat whilst walking). I preferred the wrap with sweet corn instead of sweet potato in it. Definitely go here when in Pai, you won’t regret it!

Really nice, colourful and healthy fresh spring roll. Can choose which veg you’d like in there (if not all of them!). The taste was nice but I think it needed some herbs in their and some more peanut sauce as it was a little bland.

Pai walking street is the best spot to get the cheap, great tasting vegan food. My wife and I went every night and loved it. The vegan wrap stall uses super fresh ingredients and the wraps taste excellent.

I went back for the same dish three nights in a row. For 70 baht you get a warm pita filled with fresh vegetables, black beans, avocado, purple potatoe, peanuts, etc. A very tasty and healthy option! Clean as well: the lady operating the cart uses gloves during preparation.

The wraps are made from rice paper and ate ocelot stuffed with all colors of fresh vegetables as well as some beans, sweet potatoes, or tofu. The homemade sesame sauce is great too!

Seriously, best filled pitta ever! Purple potato, avocado, tomatos, salad, carrot (plus more I can’t remember!) and an amazing peanut sauce. All for 60baht I think or 70! Not expensive! Finished off with mango sticky rice at another stall!

There are 3 options at this cart, a rice paper wrap, salad in a pita and just the salad (no pita). Prices range between 50-70baht which is the cheapest vegan dish I found for the amount of food/flavour. I chose the pita with salad. It's full of beans, sweet potatoes,1 full avacado, peanuts, sesame seeds and lots of fresh veggies. Even just looming at the stall is refreshing as she has all her ingredients beautifully presented in banana leaves.

I had the wrap, which was very fresh and tasty with a variety of vegetables inside. The peanut sauce was perfect with it. A great choice for those looking for a lighter meal than the average street food on offer.

The wrap is so delicious!! The lady chops all of the vegetables fresh in front of you. The wrap is thin so you can really taste all the veg and the peanut sauce is delicious. I would 100% recommend. Super cheap too- only 50 baht.
