Not a lot of options for vegan food at the Virgin Hotel. Boo; disappointing. However, Night Market has one clearly labeled vegan item (the larb) and two others (pad Thai and pad see ew) that can be modified to be made vegan. I tried the larb at the recommendation of the server (who is not vegan, but stated it’s her favorite) and it was SO freaking good. They have spicy or not spicy options. I went with spicy and they don’t mess around. I love spicy food but fair warning… my mouth was on fire. However, it was absolutely delicious. Lemony, minty, and perfectly crispy. I would definitely order it again.
