Great store - Edit
Very nice to have an all-vegan shoe store. I got a pair of Vegetarian Shoes Chelsea boots from here that I've been wearing for years.

One out of two pairs ain't bad? - Edit
I found 2 pairs of shoes I wanted on the website. Called to make sure they were available in the store, guy I spoke to told me they would have them for me the next day.
Read moreWalked to the store the following day. They didn't have many styles out on display so I mentioned to the woman working there that I'd called in previously. She brought out one of the pairs I'd requested and was told that they didn't have the other ones in the size I wanted. Was also kind of condescending.
Confusing experience, especially since the website still showed the shoes as still being available in the size I wanted. Not super impressed.
Pros: Decent reductions on sale items
Cons: Didn't have what I wanted despite calling ahead

Wonderful shop, lovely staff - Edit
Walked in and fell in love with their selection of shoes. Tanya was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. Nice shoes is beyond nice and I will 100% buy from them again (and will be bringing my boyfriend to buy a pair soon). A great gem for vegans of Vancouver and the lower mainland!

Amazing little shop with friendly staff. Would recommend every vegan to check out. A lot of there sale stuff is online and you can usually pick up at the shop the next day.

A New Go-To for Shoes - Edit
I bought my first pair of Nice Shoes and belt a couple of days ago, and I can't wait to go back! There's a ton of choice, all very relevant to the season right now, so quite the array of cute booties, rainproof knee-highs and sneakers. They also have a great selection of bags (mostly Matt & Nat), belts and some apparel. The owner was super friendly, and honestly, one of the most patient people in the city! He was so helpful with sizes, trying on different pairs and making suggestions. I will definitely be back, and would recommend to anyone looking to convert some of their existing leather products, or even just add a trendy (and compassionate) addition to your wardrobe.

As vegans, we're so lucky that Nice Shoes exists in our city. I buy every pair of shoes that I need here. Good selection and they also have cook books, misc vegan clothing and non-clothing items on hand.

Nice Shoes has been my go to store for the past few years for purses, wallets and shoes. They have both men's and women's fashions - everything from hiking shoes to high heels, and you can order in what they don't have in store from their website - where you can also see what the current sale items are. What I love about their purses and wallets is you will always find something creative and different as well as classic looks. You can also purchase t-shirts where the profits go to support animal rights causes and charities. Nice Shoes frequently supports Canadian animal rights organizations and veg events. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for cruelty-free fashion. The only downside is not being able to buy all the shoes at once..the struggle is real.
