Makes liquid nitrogen ice cream in front of the customer. Choose your ingredients. Base can be water (for a sorbet) or soy milk instead of dairy. Many of the add-in ingredients are vegan, including soy protein. Also has crepes and cold drinks. Opening hours are reported to be unreliable, check ahead. Open Mon-Sun 10:00-23:00.

It's up to you to make your ice cream taste good or not, but the helpful staff typically prevents you from making particularly bad decisions when choosing the components :) The soy-based ice cream is amazing. Anything with peanut butter and/or OREO works at all times for me. They can even make it with alcohol!

They make ice-cream or sorbet in front of you using liquid nitrogen! I had soya milk base cherry, almond and halva and it made a delicious and reasonably priced (for a tourist) ice-cream. I would recommend!
