All vegan food on menue fake?

Worst. All vegan food on the menue appears to be fake. When we attempted to order not a single one of the vegan meals was available.

Cons: No vegan food despite advertized

Hot water would taste better.

Oh wow. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. Let's start the price. $17 for a small bowl of vegan Pho. What's in it you ask. 4 pieces of Broccoli and 5 pieces of carrot. The picture showed tofu but they tried to cheat us out of that as well. When we asked for tofu they gave us 3 cubes. So this cost $17.

Taste: So okay $17 maybe it taste unbelievable. I took a whiff, normally pho has a very distinctive floral aroma. There was nothing. Really, HOT WATER WOULD TASTE BETTER.

Customer Service. The owner was so rude. She was rude on the phone. I should have taken that as a warning. I told her that this was the worst food I have ever "eaten". All I ate was the veggies, I returned the piss water back with all the noodles.

Please, please stay away from this place. I will be posting this review everywhere.

Also the other warning was the Health Department lowered the score right in front of us. If they tasted the food there would be surprised that the roaches even ate that crap.

Opps I forgot there was scallions and few slices of jalepeno.

Pros: Nothing, Nothing, Nothing

Cons: Food, NO TASTE, NO TASTE

Nice quick bite.

Vegan steak here is one of the first vegan “meats” I have ever tried. That was years ago and I still go back for it bc they do it pretty well.

so good

Their vegan chicken combo is soooo freaking good 😍 definitely recommend!
I also had their vegan steak combo witch is also very good but they give you less "tmeat" then the chicken

Vegan Chicken

The vegan Chickn' was cooked perfectly, crispy and tender. The flavors make my mouth water, sweet Vietnamese with a kick of pepper. This plate comes with a side salad of greens.

Pros: not busy

Great food, great service

The chef kindly showed me the separate skillet he was preparing my vegan chicken in when I wrongly thought it was on the same grill as the animal flesh. I was so impressed, having had bad experiences at other fast food places before. The vegan chicken was quite tasty, sautéed with carrots and broccoli, cooked evenly with slightly charred edges the way I like it. It came with salad and rice. I like how the vegan chicken, vegetables and rice were separated in foil to keep it warm in the to-go carton. The chef and the young woman who took my order were super sweet and attentive to vegan food orders. It's nice to see a vegan menu in a busy outlet food court.

Pros: separate vegan menu , vegan meat prepared separately from animal flesh, tasty food and great service

Cons: they ran out of the tofu rolls

new vegan menu!

There aren't a lot of veg options at the citadel outlet mall, so I was very happy to find Nibi Pho has a new vegan menu, including pho, faux meat/fish dishes, and tofu rolls. Basic vegan food at good prices.

Pros: they have vegan items! no need to "veganize" somet, prices are good.
