Great vegetarian and vegan options - Edit
Fabulous Vietnamese restaurant on the highway in Frankston. It's like the TARDIS in that it's way bigger on the inside than what you expect from the outside. Staff are lovely and the food is well priced and delicious. Full vegetarian menu available, including banquets. Be sure to advise staff of your dietery requirements and they will ensure that they are followed. My favourites are the vegetarian Vietnamese spring rolls, Vietnamese rice paper rolls with tofu, Nha Trang soup with mock layered pork, tofu in lemongrass and mock layered pork stir fry with cashew nut sauce. This is definitely one of my favourite restaurants.

Old-school decor, flavourful food! - Edit
Dropped into this place quite late. The waiter was great and explained the vegan options to us (the menu features a Vegetarian Heaven section which is not all strictly vegetarian). The food was full of flavour and accompanied by plenty of fresh herbs in the traditional Vietnamese style.
