A taste of Indonesia in Brum - Edit
After going to Indonesia last summer, I have been craving many of the foods that I got to try there. Ngopi is a cute little cafe that has several vegan dishes that fairly represented what I had in Indonesia. I had gado-gado (an Indonesian salad with a selection of boiled veg, tempeh and a peanut dipping sauce), stuffed tofu and bakwan (vegetable fritter). The food was very tasty, although service was slightly slow and a lot of their drink options contain dairy products (casein and condensed milk)

Interesting coffee shop - Edit
I was put onto Ngopi by a friend who said it was a 'bit different' and she was right. Its the most chilled coffee shop in Birmingham. The staff are very friendly and super into their coffe. They also roast on site with the coffee roaster sat out on the floor of the shop which is cool. They have a few vegan options on the menu which are limited but not bad compared to the size of the menu. I recommend the bakwan.
