A great little vegan shop with hard to find vegan snack items & amazing drinks.

I was looking for a vegan sandwich for my flight back home, and after a walk on Venice Beach happened to find New Deli and ordered the "Egg" sandwich. It was fantastic, the best vegan/vegetarian "egg" sandwich I've had.

I’m a big fan of whatever has the Matthew Kenny stamp on it. Sincerely. New Deli is great - it’s all vegan, lotsa junk food, a deli that normally makes lunch foods too with a HUGE patio out back to dine at. Unfortunately my first visit was today during Coronapocolypse and the experience was ...😒 The cost was legit expensive, plus unfortunately the guy forgot to put three items I bought in my bag - and of course I didn’t double check. Wawaaaa. Also dude did NOT want to be working and it’s a weird time for all of us and my entire household is no-income instantly with production shutting down but I figure no matter what, if you don’t want your job, stand down because someone does especially right now.

the person working the register today was so rude that I need to make sure to inform everyone i can that this place is not worth going to. There are many other establishments in venice that are not full of attitudes and treat their customers well. Ive never hated a place in venice till i went here. Please do not support this business.

I love this place. They have amazing croissants as well as Mac and cheese. That's all I've tried so far although going back today :)

To be honest I don’t know why I keep going to this place but they always always they are angry or I don’t know having bad day but the staff so bad
